Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique **Your role and responsibilities** As a client Partner you would be responsible for end to end client/account management with KPIs as signings, revenue and gross profit targets You will lead and manage key financial services accounts for signings, revenue, GP, client management, sell and delivery Expand our base in the target account(s) through strong relationship management with C-suite stakeholders, key decision makers and Procurement leaders in these accounts. Act on client feedback in real time to increase value, build best practices, and improve credibility. **Required technical and professional expertise** Domain depth of banking, technical knowledge of latest technologies that are being used to solve banking challenges, stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, independent working style Knowledge about Digital landscape in financial organizations in India - eg -AI, Cloud, Data Analytics and Security solutions. Stakeholder management, CXO interactions, Internal organization stakeholders management. Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills, Technical consulting skills Candidate should have worked with FSS as a Account Manager/ Program Manager driving key strategic initiatives and business management **Preferred technical and professional experience** Candidate should be willing to travel on a need basis to client locations Prior experience of having worked with a bank in IT team or a services provider like IBM would be preferred.
