By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress. **_Job Purpose:_** _The_ Business Risk and Control Group Manager _is responsible for managing elements of the Citi Risk and Controls (CRC) Manager Controls Assessment (MCA) system transforming the design and delivery of the new MCA system._ _Functions as a Product Owner interacting with wide-ranging stakeholders across Central Controls and within various risk and control areas across the enterprise._ _Requires an expertise in technology, operational risk management practices and methods, a deep understanding on their intersection, along with project management skills. Generally responsible for delivery of business requirements for MCA system changes, associated user stories and epics, drafting test scripts and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and partnering with appropriate Technology teams and the business to implement solutions for various sub-components of the enhanced MCA enterprise-wide process._ _Excellent communication skills required in order to collaborate internally, often at a senior level. Exercises efficient time management and planning for self and possibly small team. Potential management responsibility of a team, including management of people, planning, and performance evaluation._ **_Responsibilities:_** + Contribute to compilation and revision of MCA technology book of work to ensure enhancements are delivered as per agreed timeline + Manage the development, enhancement and oversight of 1-3 components in MCA system + Running working groups with In-Business Architects and their nominees to collect user feedback and proposed system functionality improvements + Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT); drafting scripts, driving and tracking progress, defect triaging, coordination with testers, etc. + Delivering User training on new and existing system functionality and the MCA Program + Ensure procedures and governance processes are in place to create and maintain consistent and best-in-class system change protocols. + Act as component Subject Matter Expert (SME) with our customers both in the Front Line and Operational Risk. This includes: + Driving resolution of user queries and concerns, re-prioritizing as necessary and ensuring timely delivery by your team and Technology partner Qualifications: Knowledge/Experience: + _Experience operating in a complex environment with diverse, cross-functional teams operating internationally_ + _Relevant experience in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and remediation will be highly desirable_ + _Front Line Risk, Operational Risk or Internal Audit is also beneficial_ + _Operating in a dynamic, project-based environment with variable stakeholders, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines_ + _End-to-end software product development, specifically with a Risk or Controls application_ + _Agile development methodologies and familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)_ **What we can offer you** This is a role that'll offer you the opportunity to build an in-depth knowledge of Risk and Controls in the fast-growing Central Controls team.
