We will count on you to: 

 

Lead the development and implementation of the Business Resilience Framework in partnership with business owners including incident, emergency and crisis management. 

Lead delivery of the business resilience management approach in collaboration with stakeholders aligned to legislative and regulatory requirements and best practices. 

Facilitating the Operating Unit through activity including Business Impact Analysis exercises and Business Resilience Plan development / updates 

Develop policies, procedures and other relevant documentation  

Develop strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. 

Manage and monitor ongoing adherence with the Business Resilience Management policy and framework. 

Develop and facilitate the schedule of Business Recovery Plan test requirements and exercises, guided by the global MMC Business Resilience Management program and framework. 

Plan and promote visibility to annual schedule of annual calendar of Business Resilience Management activity. 

Work with stakeholders to further integrate crisis response, business continuity and disaster recovery planning across business lines. 

Lead incident response activities to drive resolution and minimize disruption as a key member of the Incident Response Team (IRT). 

Develop and assist in the reporting on Business Resilience Management activities to Boards, management, regulators, partners and clients. 

Develop and provide periodic ad/hoc training on Business Resilience Management. 

 

What you need to have:  

 

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in professional services organization or professional customer services. 

Demonstrated experience in driving and implementing Business Resilience management programs in an Australian Superannuation and/or Banking context. 

Relevant risk management and technology qualifications an advantage. 

Excellent verbal and written communication  

Excellent time management skills 

Strong business acumen and financial skills 

People management skills 

Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities 

Ability to work effectively across the organisation 

Self-motivation with initiative, energy and drive to succeed 

Flexible approach, thriving on change and innovation, balanced by attention to detail, risk management and structured thinking
