This segment seeks a Business Program Manager to lead our digitalisation initiative, which involves aligning our Configurator/s to a singular quotation tool and integrating it with our CRM Core system. What would you do as our Business Program Manager
As Business Program Manager, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of this exciting digitalisation project, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role involves liaising with a cross-functional team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless integration. Your role will be to ensure goals of overall programme and each project are clear, communicated and that the projects are delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.
You would also:
Ensure all deliverables (business process and technology) are defined and business requirements gathered and approved. Plan programme of work and each of the projects (ensuring dependencies and constraints are respected). Estimate, secure and monitor the necessary resources and funding for each of the projects as well as control their actual consumption. Ensure that IT Project is initiated and liaise regularly with IT project manager to secure the IT deliverables, monitor and follow up on the progress of each of the projects. Provide regular feedback to the business and stakeholders for each the projects and the programme of work. Manage project risks, ensure mitigations are identified and resolve issues as well as ensure each project complies with regulatory requirements (for example Data Protection).
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in project management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Has several years of proven experience managing projects from a commercial perspective – including budgeting, preferably within a digitalization, technology implementation or CRM integration projects. Has demonstrated expertise in agile project management and continuous improvement methodologies and understanding of the software development lifecycle. Has proven track record in leading complex technology projects across diverse business units, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget, managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively translating business needs into project requirements. Has excellent communication skills, is fluent in English; good command of Polish would be strongly preferred. Is willing to travel – as travelling to our sites in Poland and other European countries will be required.
