PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
Application specific solution consulting (EWM - Implementation: creation of business blueprint, Execution based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)
Support in escalated projects
Give technical support to implementations
Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
Support of pre-sales activities such as commercial proposals
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader.
Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and support respective line manager(s) in people development tasks.
Detailed planning of process implementation.
Define detailed specifications for development requirements.
Explain from a technical view the implementation of gaps.
Industry /corporate processes implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP).
Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
Being able to map and re-define business process in the warehouse
Being able to support from an ABAP standpoint the functional solution.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Functional Experience:
Minimum two years consulting experience in application of EWM with basic knowledge of procurement, warehousing, sales and distribution.
Being involved at least on a full cycle implementation in SAP EWM.
Having full responsibility of a business process design and process implementation.
Good understanding of cross industry and specific planning of business processes
Understands the Business Process in the Supply Chain.
Deep Knowledge in Supply Chain Management processes: Receiving process with quality models and batch management, include integration with production, shipping process integrated with transportation, replenishment models, inventory management, radio frequency platforms, queue management, labor management, yard management. Master Data management in EWM and slotting process.
Desirable Knowledge: Quality Management models, Integration to manufacturing processes, integration to automated systems, Dock Appointment Scheduling, Yard Logistics, ABAP debugging.
Knowledge of Logistics Execution modules in SAP ECC / SAP S4 HANA, as well as basic understanding of WM.
Experience in implementation in SAP EWM.
Further knowledges: Transportation Management (TM), Event Management (EM) and integration with MII.
Regional experience will be considered as differential
Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project leader
Acts as a coach and mentor for colleagues willing to share knowledge towards team mates.
