What you’ll do

 

The Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) is an organization that focuses on delivering desired outcomes and experiences for our customers globally through premium advisory, support, and services. The delivery of quality services serves as a catalyst for the software adoption that allows our customers to accelerate their digital transformation journeys in becoming intelligent enterprises.

 

In your role in Center of Expertise (CoE) EMEA HANA Platform & Technical Infrastructure you will be working with a main focus on SAP HANA DB possibly including HANA performance analysis, HANA modeling, HANA Security, HANA operations, HANA XSA as well as HANA Infrastructure and

Architecture topics.

 

Your tasks contain:

Holistic support for SAP implementation, digital transformation and cloud transition projects by shaping the constant technical progress and the digital transformation of the largest SAP customers. Analyze complex SAP system landscapes at critical customers including root cause analysis, performance, scalability, custom-code and implementation design focus on SAP HANA Internal and External knowledge transfer as part of training and services for colleagues, customers and partners Creation of business process design, architecture, scalability, security, and operations concepts for SAP solutions Handling globally escalated customers and solving technical problems within challenging situations

 

As part of a team with more than 500 employees in EMEA, you are in constant exchange with the SAP development and other CoEs to assist our customers in an optimal way and to find appropriate solutions. We operate a Hybrid working environment where our Pledge to Flex model allows for Flexible Working options. This position is based in in Budapest / Hungary.

 

What you bring

 

A university degree in natural, economic or engineering sciences, e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality Very good analytical and logical skills for solving complex problems; a structured, reliable, and independent way of working, especially in fast-changing IT landscapes and innovative technologies at our customers. “Never stop learning” attitude and being creative in challenging situations English language skills, spoken and written, for communication in constructive and open style within team and customer-facing environments Able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines, and strong communication and presentation skills with demanding customers
