Key Responsibilities:Operational Process & Workflow Improvement Lead enterprise-wide operational improvement projects focused on scalability and efficiency Collaborate with leadership and field operations to enhance system adoption and process consistency Support resource optimization initiatives including labor scheduling and task management Training Strategy & SOP Development Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training resources Design structured learning journeys for all store-level roles Provide guidance and mentorship on process execution and compliance Learning System & Communication Management Oversee company-wide training and internal communications related to operational updates Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) Maintain and improve intranet (Town Hall) as a centralized hub for training and SOPs Project Leadership & Change Management Manage rollout of major initiatives across multiple departments and locations Track KPIs, create post-project analyses, and implement continuous improvement practices Partner with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and alignment on strategic goals Team & Culture Development Act as a change agent and coach across field and corporate teams Ensure all training and improvement efforts support the broader employee experience Champion a culture of learning, innovation, and operational excellence
