As a Project Manager – Business Process & Cross-Functional Initiatives, you will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Finance to manage projects that drive organizational improvements, streamline workflows, and implement scalable solutions. What you will do

Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and collaboration across the company. Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Work closely with department leads to implement scalable operational strategies. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals. Champion process automation and best practices to enhance operational performance. Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

What you will bring

5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or process improvement. Experience working in a CPaaS, SaaS, or tech-driven environment is a plus. Strong background in business process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma is a plus). Ability to translate complex problems into simple, actionable solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
