Business Process Optimization Program Manager

It's an exciting time to be a member of the Fisher Investments Technology Department! We're investing in the future of our firm's technology and are building our team to achieve global growth. We are looking for a Business Process Optimization Program Manager to join this growing team.

The Opportunity:

The Business Process Optimization Program Manager helps to assess needs across the corporation, managing resources to re-engineer processes and events affecting the efficient running of the organization. You will report directly to the VP of Business Process Optimization.

The Day-to-Day:

Manage the program to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently meeting the requirementsManage all phases of project from envisioning through deploymentDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support our goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersBased on evaluation, make recommendations to management regarding solutions to resolve business problemsAssess requirements to deliver program components and sub-components, which may include implementation of solution, staffing of the projects, timelinesEstablish and maintain all timelines and budgets related to their section of the programCoordinate all departments related to the program which may include IT, and Finance, Third-party Vendors and UsersProactively manage changes in program scope, identify potential crises, and create contingency plansMay work with department personnel, Business Analysts and Project Managers to evaluate current business processes and requirementsIf needed, create and manage vision and scoping documentation, program schedule, project checklistsIdentify and manage program dependencies and planningCoach, mentor, motivate and oversee program team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workDevelop best practices and tools for program execution and management

Your Qualifications:

5+ years of experience successfully using business process improvement or business process design methods to make substantive changeExperience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentCan conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesElicit cooperation from several sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departmentsReacts to program adjustments and alterations promptly and efficientlyWorking knowledge of MS OfficeAble to interface with different departments within the companyStrong familiarity with change managementBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Compensation:

$110,000 - $165,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
