Business Process Analyst- support to SHE IT systems

AstraZeneca is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the IT system for Safety, Health, and Environment. You will join our Data Team that works with the Enablon Vision Platform as a Business Process Analyst. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Enablon system, which is a global tool for managing Safety, Health, and the Environment. You will be in charge of developing and delivering technical solutions based on end users' requests. You will assist subject matter experts by collecting their requirements and creating appropriate documentation. The role holder will ensure quality for the Enablon system and other related data management systems such as Power BI. This role is a bridge between subject matter experts, IT, and development teams, translating business needs into technical requirements, and implementing system improvements.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Process Analyst, you will work with the Senior Business Process Analyst, the AstraZeneca IT Support team and the System Owner. You will implement solutions that enhance business process performance based on requirements set by Business Process Owners. You will collaborate with development teams to implement new system requirements, communicate system change requests to external IT partners, and act as a main point of contact for any technical questions or issues. You will also define successful outcomes for system testing and work closely with testers to ensure problems are identified and resolved. The role will involve conducting some User Acceptance Testing.
Required Skills/Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT Experience in a role related to IT business analysis, and/or data management
Experience with IT requirements, analysis and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Familiarity with analytics tools, especially PowerBI
Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Knowledge of Agile methodology or experience working in an Agile environment
Good understanding of change management and communications principles
