By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate the development of solutions that streamline workflows, optimize performance, and align with business objectives. In this position you will: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document current business processes, pinpointing areas for efficiency gains. + Develop workflow maps and process documentation to guide optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. + Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements in partnership with stakeholders, translating them into clear functional specifications for technical teams. + Conduct data analysis to derive insights, measure process performance, and support decision-making on improvement strategies and solutions. + Contribute to the design and implementation of automated processes, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to enhance throughput and reduce manual tasks. + Coordinate with technical teams on solution development, including AI/ML pilots, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipeline integrations. + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of newly implemented processes, reporting on key metrics and recommending follow-up actions. + Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment on requirements and process improvement objectives. + Collaborate on documentation efforts, including detailed process guides, user stories, and technical specifications to maintain clear records of system changes. + Support data governance policies and practices by ensuring process compliance and identifying opportunities for improved data quality controls. + Contribute to risk assessments related to process and technology changes, identifying potential impacts and recommending mitigation strategies. + Provide guidance on operational best practices and continuous improvement frameworks that encourage innovation and maintain high standards of quality. + Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure solutions adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies. **Basic Qualifications:** + As a requirement of this position, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. In accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C) , Epsilon will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions. + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a role involving business analysis, process engineering, or related responsibilities. + Demonstrated ability to map and optimize business processes using tools such as Visio or similar process modeling software. + Familiarity with requirements gathering methodologies and documentation frameworks for complex technical initiatives. + Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to identify trends and drive data-based decision making. + Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders. + Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment, and integration of new solutions. + Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in optimizing business processes. + Understanding of data governance, security principles, and regulatory compliance considerations. + Capability to create detailed documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. + Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. **Other:** + Must hold an Active DOD Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance + Must be located within a two (2) hour commute of the physical work location **Physical Demands and Working Conditions:** Listed below are the physical or mental requirements necessary for the job's performance.
