Requirements:5+ years process analysis experience using Blueworks live / BPMNHaving banking industry backgroundMortgage servicing, customer management and servicing preferred - Knowledge of IBM BPM development and integration will be a plusKnowledge of Spark UI tooklit will be a plus - Strong knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineeringDrive improvements and optimize business processes and workflowsApplying knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processesManaging process change and leading process redesign workshopsUnderstanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML preferredEducating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes.
