**Essential Job Summary:**
Exciting opportunity to join a growing Business Process Optimization team as the organization is about to embark on a business transformation journey. The Business Process Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analyzing and documenting the people, process and technology needs of the various functional business areas within IWS; mapping out existing and future state processes; identifying opportunities for improvement; and working with various stakeholders including functional leaders, IT teams to implement optimized processes. Business Process Analyst also helps with creating training documentation; testing and implementing new solutions; and progressively making changes to improve processes further.
**Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.**
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to create end to end process flows and document current business processes
· Identify and document areas for improvement and develop solutions involving process change, responsibility change, system change, data corrections activities etc.
· Collaborate with functional leads to implement the changes, track results and be able to report out progress.
· Facilitate communication and ensure alignment on goals across teams.
· Transforms into Subject Matter expert for assigned functions / processes/new applications.
· Evaluates current training methods and materials for assigned group, and recommends improvements. Reviews and creates training as needed.
· Performs profiling and analysis of data from source systems and helps map into destination systems.
· Supports quality assurance and control efforts through the use of data analysis as part of pre- and post-implementation reviews for projects.
· Performs other job related duties as assigned.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
· Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience in Business Administration or similar area of study.
· Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
· Ability to handle change, multitask and keep up with a fast pace and consistently growing environment.
· Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
· Should have requirement gathering and documentation experience
· Should be able to work closely with the business stakeholders and work towards the solutioning of the requirements
· Effective written and verbal communication
· Able to create process flow diagrams during business discussions with proficiency in solutions like Visio a must
· Experience in Sales and customer service domain or Transportation / Logistics Operations preferred
· Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
· Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and customer service software a plus.

**Salary Range Minimum**
USD $80,000.00/Yr.
