Duties/Responsibilities:
Work closely with all levels of end users to quickly document business processes and workflowsGather, analyze and document user requirementsAssist in reporting and presenting requirements and possible approaches to clientTranslate business and user requirements into functional specificationsDevelop business process flows and detailed design documentationWork with development team to ensure product is built to specificationsDevelop test cases and perform user testingDocument and manage issuesProvide ongoing status reports to Project ManagerAdditional duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
Associates degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated ability to remain organized, self-motivated and able to meet project deadlines with minimal supervisionEmpathetic listener, effective in interpersonal communicationsRigorous attention to detail, demonstrated ability to write clear, concise communications and documentation demonstrating proper grammar, correct spelling and punctuationPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionProficient in Microsoft Office suite; working knowledge of Visio or other diagramming/design softwareAble to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work in a matrix-management environmentExcellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities Working knowledge of SQLHealthcare experienceHiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $64,800 - $88,145
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $56,300 - $83,725
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
