Business Planning and Analysis Manager

An amazing number, but we’re always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with.How you’ll spend your day Managing FP&A processes: annual operating plan (budget), ongoing rolling forecast and period closure. Supports business in assessment of business cases and gives recommendations Ensure financial planning and actual reporting in a timely and accurate manner P&L analysis and review, preparation of presentation materials – such as consolidated quarterly and annual P&L, consolidated revenues reports etc. Managing AOP, Forecasting cycles, customer/product pricing update process and customer rebates according to commercial policy in alignment with internal audit and SOX requirements Supports business in assessment of business cases and gives recommendations in terms of ROI/GP Working with high level management providing analytical analysis for strategic decisions Updates and creates Dashboards to make the data available on time and in a user-friendly format Be an effective back up, provide ad-hoc business support on business cases and projects Your experience and qualifications Master’s in Finance, Economics or similar Excel expert High level analytical skills Experience in Pharma/FMCG/Big 4 in a multinational company Growth mindset culture (willing to improve processes, ask questions, suggest decisions) English intermediate+ Enjoy a more rewarding choice
