YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Influence business process improvement strategies (S4 EMEA, 9 Dragons, Jet Propulsion System) with internal stakeholders and acts as the spokesperson and ambassador within his/her organization for the project
Evaluates existing business processes, determines business requirements to outline improvements.
Participates in the design and development of the solution by providing constant and fluid business input
Participates in identifying the impacts and changes produced by the solution (people, process, data, tools)
Participates in developing change management strategies, champions the change management process in his/her sector and assures the readiness of his/her Business Unit
Keeps the Business Lead and overall program management informed of any concerns, risks and issues throughout the delivery process.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Solid foundations and sound knowledge in sourcing development processes and program management tools (NPD) from start to finish in an OEM industry
Previous experiences as sourcing development buyer (a plus)
Advanced leadership and interpersonal skills; a team player
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think strategically and have a vision of the big picture
Strong motivation and process driven mindset with ERP and PLM systems
Experienced with SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana and SAP Ariba
