Business Optimization, I Analyst
**Come join our amazing team and work remote from home!** The Business Optimization, l Analyst will be responsible for assisting in analyzing business systems and process effectiveness, writing technical requirements, documenting process flows, and developing basic reporting solutions to visualize performance and trends. Collaborate with stakeholders to support the development of solutions that meet organizational needs. Recommend process improvements and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables while adhering to company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 Annually. **What you'll do:** + Collaborate with stakeholders and Management Team to gather and document business requirements, conduct time studies, and develop functional specification that drive process improvement and efficiencies. + Support the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency by leading developing proper test scenarios, conduct regression testing and user acceptance testing (“UAT”) to ensure requirements are met, facilitating business unit adoption of process changes, and assisting in training end-users on new systems and processes. + Collaborate with Policy and Procedure and Training teams to ensure newly implemented processes and/or procedures are updated accurately and thorough training is provided to all end users. + Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in all aspects of the business process, key performance drivers, and operational report metrics. + Provide recommendations on system performance and potential enhancements. + Create reporting solutions, such as operational reports or dashboards, to visualize business unit performance and trends. + Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. + Ensure policies and procedures are updated and maintained. + Work with stakeholders to support project management activities, including planning and monitoring of deliverables. + Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. + Perform other duties as assigned. **What you'll need:** + High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred. + A minimum of five (5) years of mortgage servicing and/or lending experience. + One to three (1-3) years of experience in a Business Analyst role or related field, focusing on analyzing and improving business processes. + Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional, Agile/Lean Six Sigma) are a plus but not required. + Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI). + Knowledge of business processes and systems development lifecycle (SDLC). + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Our Company:** Carrington Mortgage Services is part of The Carrington Companies, which provide integrated, full-lifecycle mortgage loan servicing assistance to borrowers and investors, delivering exceptional customer care and programs that support borrowers and their homeownership experience.
