Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
Review details of an account compared to the master agreement, orders completed, billing and services.Being able to identify the gaps and oversights in the process and offer solutionsEntitlement Accuracy – assuring all items for a customer are coded properly enhancing customer satisfaction with the overall processRevenue Assurance – are we billing appropriately, do we need to make adjustments to back and future billings by itemsCost efficiency – identifying key areas of improvement within the sales/implementation/renewals process to reduce errors, thus reducing costs necessary to support the customerReview details of an account products, services, maintenance to analyze the various data outputs working through the root causes of entitlement defectsFamiliar with internal systems not limited to SAP, ERP, CMS, NCDM, MACC, Quotebuilder, Invoice EngineCapable of writing an Executive Summary with limited assistance, showcasing the cost or profit associated with the summaryAble to coordinate conversations with other departments when necessary, guiding the conversation to a resolution that is viable for all partiesHas high-level organization and capable of working multiple cases within our end-to -end processSeeks instruction for continuous improvement to advance developmental growthBasic Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite softwareStrong proficiency or expertise in business database systemsPossess a high degree of skill in relationship management, and leadership to get issues resolved for the customerPreferred Qualifications
