General Responsibilities
_ Establish new processes and improve upon existing processes related to Resource Management support.
_ Assist in the establishment and maintenance of all Resource Management project documentation.
_ Develop/update training materials related to our resourcing tools
_ Will serve as primary backup contact for Resource Management project team.
_ Assist with periodic review/audit of resourcing tools for accuracy and completeness.
_ Support the updating and maintenance of the resourcing systems.
_ Support the preparation of presentation materials for meetings (internal/external) and resourcing summary data.
Specific Resource Management Responsibilities
_ Demand Management
• Review demand changes report and work with Model Leads or designates if needed, particularly competitive models
• Make sure that demand entered is accurate at all times
_ Supply Management
• Check onboarding queue 2Xmonth and flag non-onboarded people to regional managers
• Be trained as a resourcing system SME and Support line managers with allocation queries
• Support with systems role clean up and quarterly review.
_ Training
• Draft resourcing tools user guides with detailed process and screens during test and release.
_ Tools/Processes
• Support preparation of Resource Management processes and RACIs
• Update tools for new roles, new models, new model leads…
• Systems related technical testing & process development
Experience and Knowledge
_ 2 or 3 years of experience in Clinical Research environment
_ LEAN or KAIZEN Trained
_ Ideal location is EMEA for time zone reasons
_ Some knowledge of resourcing in Clinical FSP
Skills and Abilities
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Advanced level software and computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of Spotfire
Ø LEAN / KAIZEN thought process
Ø Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output
Ø Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and problem solve
Ø Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
