**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Geo Web Strategist within the IBM.com organisation, you will be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional web experiences, curated to engage local audiences and accelerate growth across the Americas.
You will collaborate cross-functionally, within region and worldwide, with stakeholders to land, personalize and optimize integrated web strategies that engage local target audiences and ensure business objectives are strategically aligned.
• Land, personalize and optimize web experiences to deliver outcomes against key business objectives.
• Collaborate across Marketing and business stakeholders to define and drive the Geo/country web strategy (including SEO+SEM).
• Take the initiative to relentlessly test and optimize local web experiences using data, research, and experimentation.
• Set baseline performance metrics, track and report KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• 2-3 years of experience as a Web Strategist or agency equivalent
• Hands on experience in Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics
• Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Strong project management and communication skills
