The BizOps team plays a pivotal role in this mission and solves some of Credit Karma's most important business problems. BizOps leads are embedded within our organization and collaborate with a cross-functional team to lead strategic initiatives that have a direct impact on our business. We drive operational discipline and clarity on performance to make Credit Karma successful at achieving our objectives. We’re looking for a Manager to help incubate our newly formed Corporate BizOps function.
What you’ll do:
Serve as a thought partner and sounding board to our leaders to help them drive data-driven decisions, with a focus on new to Credit Karma strategic explorations Lead strategic projects and operationalize them to move the business forward Manage key deliverables for the Executive Committee and company leadership, specifically focused on materials that take a comprehensive view on our entire business (eg monthly business reviews, Board materials, investor materials, product strategy) Identify opportunities to leverage the platform, other verticals, strategic partnerships and acquisitions to grow the business Collaborate with the team and leverage data to inform, develop, and iterate on business strategy What’s great about it: You’ll serve as an influential sounding board for leadership and drive discipline to decision-making You’ll get to solve highly analytical problems and have a direct impact on the future of the Credit Karma product Your work will help us design better products, improve user experience, and inform overall business performance You’ll have exposure to and a voice at all levels of management You’ll help define and operationalize how we run our business cadences at the corporate level The role is highly cross-functional, which means you get to work with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Data Science, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, and Engineering Minimum Basic Requirement: 5+ years of total work experience, 2+ years of which in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, corporate strategy or finance BA/BS degree from an accredited college or universityPreferred Qualifications:
