Summary About the Position: Serve as a Business Management Consultant with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, South Pacific Division's Regional Business Directorate - Business Management Division. This role serves as the leader of several matrix teams to improve corporate business processes, modernize processes and information technology, supports implementation of strategic plans and Regional Business Center operations of the South Pacific Division. Responsibilities Lead a wide range of business management functions to include strategic planning, governance management, strategic engagement, human capital planning, strategy development and operations as a Regional Business Center. Lead division-wide strategic management planning, initiatives and organizational development efforts for the Division to accomplish regional strategic objectives in support of South Pacific Division Programs execution. Support a range of strategic coordinating, coaching, facilitating, problem solving, integrating, and reviewing duties. Plan all aspects of regional governance body meetings and other regional conferences to provide regional leaders with a productive environment for strategic discussions and decision making. A Recruitment/Relocation Incentive of up to 25% of the Base Salary, MAY be offered, depending on funding availability and management discretion. Salary for Sacramento ranges from $138,041- $179,493; salary for San Francisco ranges from $155,679-$195,200.
