**The Opportunity:**
CACI is seeking an exceptionally motivated and highly detail oriented Business Operations Analyst to support management and execution of NavalX’s portfolio of contracts. Operating within the Office of Naval Research (ONR), NavalX serves as an innovation and agility cell, supporting and connecting initiatives across the Department of Defense (DoD) with the objective of innovating, researching, analyzing, and connecting teams with tools, training, and resources that enable delivery of faster and more effective solutions to the warfighter. Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to varying team environments and able to work effectively with geographically dispersed stakeholders of different backgrounds, priorities, and operating cultures. A willingness to dive into and take ownership of tasks outside of comfort zones is imperative.
**Responsibilities:**
In this customer facing role, you will work closely with NavalX to coordinate the flow of projects and funding to their selected contract vehicles. You will support various tasks, unique and recurring in nature, such as:
+ Tracking and analyzing funding workflows and expenditures
+ Coordinating between sponsor organizations and government stakeholders
+ Monitoring and reviewing required funding paperwork
+ Identify areas of inefficiency and propose new processes and workflows to streamline operations
+ Assist in researching and preparing responses to government sponsor and stakeholder data calls
+ Proactively recommend and follow-through on actions based upon project status
+ Regular interfacing with government stakeholders to shepherd projects and funding through their required workflows in order to maintain the necessary operating cadence and throughput
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 5 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
+ 3 – 7 years of experience creating and executing workflows
+ Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
+ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Experience in writing and editing professional or technical documentation
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
_Desired:_
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance
+ Experience with DoD funding processes to include Interagency Agreements and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests
+ Experience working with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
