Title: Business Operations Analyst

Grade: 9

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary

Candidate should be able to implement, maintain and improve agent scheduling processes by utilizing Workforce Management tool information. Has previous experience or knowledge of data analytics, providing insight on any discrepancies or possible process/logic improvement. Simultaneously candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Employee should develop a complete understanding of the Workforce Management tool and all its properties, capabilities and applications.

• Develop a learning plan for Workforce Management tool for Service Desk onboarding.

• Coaching management of each Service Desk per established learning plan to utilize information from Workforce Management tool to achieve the most efficient scheduling format.

• Assistance with utilization of Workforce Management tool for all NCR Voyix Service Desk teams.

• Maintaining healthy communication between teams in order to implement and manage any process change when necessary.

• Integrity upkeep and quality control of data used for WFM processes.

• Implement and manage a tracking process for agent scheduling efficiency.

• Troubleshooting problems that might occur during scheduling creation.

Qualifications

• English proficiency (both written and verbal), C1 level or higher

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point as a priority)

• Experience in data analytics and customer support is a plus

• Should have effective interpersonal, communicational, and presentational skills

• Candidate should be high-energy, proactive, highly organized and committed to driving result, enthusiastic and hard-working
