**Koniag Technology Solutions,** a Koniag Government Services company **,** is seeking a Business Operations Administrator with a Secret Security Clearance to support **KTS** and our government customer. **This is a Remote opportunity.**

The Business Operations Administrator completes organizational and management tasks that support the productivity and growth of an entire organization and its individual departments or teams.
**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:**
+ Serve as an internal consultant to integrate strategy, process, technology, and information that advances effectiveness, reduces costs, and increases value for the organization.
+ Work cross-functionally across DISA, DOD, CIO, and Military Mission Partner teams to ensure flawless execution of projects.
+ Calendar management and tasker tracking
+ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
+ Manage and report changes to executive schedules.
+ Effectively facilitate large cross-functional meetings ensuring follow-up of all items discussed.
+ Investigate, troubleshoot and problem solve, proposing solutions for resource, workflow, and scheduling concerns.
+ Drive continuous system and process improvements working cross-functionally to implement new processes and technologies ensuring seamless change.
+ Develop dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, diagrams, and process maps as needed.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
+ DTS and TMT knowledge
+ Answer phone calls and disseminate information effectively across the organization.
+ Continued support of the Fort Meade Headquarters maintenance/management projects as developed by the HaCC Director.
**Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
+ Operational, project management, or analyst experience in DOD or Military environments
+ Secret Security Clearance required
+ Bachelor’s degree in business management, Strategy, Operations, or other applicable experience.
+ Familiarity with the project lifecycle and software development lifecycle
+ Strategic thinker that considers the long and short-term effects to the organization’s current processes and culture
+ Demonstrated experience working across an organization to see small and large projects through to successful fruition.
+ Resourceful self-starter – willing and able to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement solutions with limited resources.
+ Embraces technology and is excited to learn about implementing new systems.
+ Excellent written and verbal communicator
+ Skilled at managing relationships with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization (junior to executive level)
+ Well-organized – able to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once in a dynamic environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and other related tools
+ A willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, late and/or last-minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 agile work environment.
**Working Environment & Conditions**
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
