We are seeking a **Business Operation Executive** for our APAC Connected Aviation – Application and Connectivity Team based in Singapore: - **Job description:** + Aids proposal and contract development; as well as proactively works on proceeding activities + Supports business needs around reporting, invoicing, analysis and able to work effectively with cross- functional teams like other internal stakeholder (e.g., Contract, Legal, Finance etc.) + Ability to identify issues, analyses root causes and develop effective solutions + Track key performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on overall operational performance + Track and manage records, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed (e.g., contracts in place, purchase order in place.) + Provides administrative assistance for business operations including system operation, paperwork filing, data entry & etc. + Assist a team of Commercial analysts in data consolidation + Recommends and implements new or revised operational/administrative procedures or requirements to enhance existing operational procedures. **Requirement:** + A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting/Finance + Two to three years of relevant experience in business administration or operations management involves proposal, contract, and invoicing + Possess hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is highly desirable (e.g., nested if functions, vlookup, pivot table, etc) + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (regional) + Attention to details and good organizational skills and communication skills _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
