Description
Our client in Oceanside is looking for a Business Office Manager with HR experience to oversee office operations while supporting human resources functions. This role requires a versatile professional who can manage administrative responsibilities and contribute to the company’s people strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee day-to-day office management, including facilities, supplies, and vendor relations.
+ Handle HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and benefits coordination.
+ Support payroll processing in collaboration with the accounting team.
+ Manage administrative workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across departments.
+ Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and promoting the company’s culture.
+ Provide additional support for company events, scheduling, and leadership needs.
Requirements
+ 3+ years of experience in office management or combined admin/HR roles.
+ Strong understanding of HR practices, including employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
+ Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
+ Proven ability to maintain a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
