Job Description

Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.

Sia Title: Project Specialist (Non-Exempt Contractor)

Project Title: Business Messaging Marketing Business Analyst

Level: Mid

Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 12 months (with potential extension)

Project Hours: 40 hours/week

The expected compensation range for this contract is $70 to $80 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to support our marketing measurement and insights program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering business and channel-level analysis and insights, identifying trends to enable optimization, and driving strategic initiatives to identify opportunities for growth. This role requires strong data analysis and market research skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, data science, and data engineering.

Deep dive into campaign performance to extract key learnings and common themes, then collaborate with product and marketing stakeholders to inform on best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional data and product teams across business applications to define problem statements, access and manipulate data, build analytical models, explain data-gathering requirements, deliver analytics insights, and make recommendationsIdentify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting and communication, and use analytical models to identify insights to drive key decisions across leadership and the organizationDrive strategic initiatives to identify opportunities for growth and ad-hoc analysis to investigate specific questions (churn, ROI) and learning agenda

Qualifications10+ years of experience with SQL (Hive, MySQL, etc.) and Salesforce10+ years of experience in data analytics rolesExperience working in organizations with cross functional teamsExperience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in dynamic environmentsDemonstrated experience multi-tasking and adapting well to a changing environment
