Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. The system currently has 988 licensed beds, including Hospice and Behavioral Health. The hospitals within McLeod Health include: McLeod Regional Medical Center, McLeod Health Dillon, McLeod Health Loris, McLeod Health Seacoast, McLeod Health Cheraw, McLeod Health Clarendon and McLeod Behavioral Health.
Summary: This role will work closely with the CHRO and Director of Occupational Health services to assist in leading the daily business operations of McLeod Occupational Health and Onsite Health Services program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, budgeting and financial oversight, implementations for new client accounts and services, and overall strategic and business operations to include strategy, marketing, staffing, finance etc. Travel is required across the McLeod service region.
Supports leadership in management of the daily business operations of Occupational Health and Onsite Health services specifically related to:
Budgeting and Financial oversight
Implementation oversight for new clients
Strategic integration and expansion opportunities
Maintaining strategic focus on client satisfaction and value-added strategies.
Demonstrates strong business acumen and knowledge of staffing, budget, service, and product offerings, to implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes.
Identifies and solves problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive approaches utilizing internal support.
Organizes team meetings to drive and support strategic initiatives and goals.
Coordinates and productively facilitates communication across sites and effectively navigates through multiple client relationships (vendors, consultants, etc.).
Works with internal hospital departments, HR, Marketing, Finance to advance improvements in Occupational Health and Onsite Health services.

Work Schedule: 80 hour bi-weekly
Qualifications/Training:
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills required. Excellent demonstrated follow up skills & attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as a team member. Ability to interact at all levels of the organization (both internal and external)
Education/Certifications/Licenses:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
