Your new role

As our new Business Manager, you will work closely with the General Counsel and SVP as a trusted advisor and support strategic internal and cross-functional projects. You will play an important role in executing our strategic imperatives and developing our global organization. This provides you with great opportunities for shaping the global agenda and operating model.

 

As our new Business Manager, some of your key responsibilities will be:

 

Ensuring the execution of our GLCS strategy and facilitate the implementation of our functional mandate and global operating model Act as a proactive sparring partner to the SVP for GLCS in identifying, analyzing and executing initiatives to continuously enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the function Facilitating cross-functional projects across various functions within the organization Preparing clear and informative presentations for Executive Management, Board of Directors meetings, and for the GLCS Leadership Teams Facilitating regular meetings and discussions within the GLCS Leadership Teams Supporting with the planning and execution of annual processes such as organizational review and objective setting Planning and managing internal and external budgets

 

Your future team

As our new Business Manager, you will report directly to the General Counsel and SVP of GLCS and be an integral part of the local and global leadership teams. You will engage with many stakeholders at various levels, including Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

 

You will become a part of the high-performing and skilled Global Legal, Compliance & Sustainability organization, with +80 employees spread across our headquarters in Valby, Denmark, the Global Business Service Centre in Krakow, Poland, and multiple affiliates across the world.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

What you bring to the team

Our ideal candidate has the following professional and personal qualifications:

 

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Legal, Business Administration, or a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or a similar role Comprehensive understanding of strategic planning, especially within a global setting Solid problem solving-, communication- and storytelling skills Be able to showcase project management and presentation skills Pharma experience (beneficial but not mandatory) Experience within legal or compliance (beneficial but not mandatory) A collaborative mindset and the ability to work skillfully with diverse teams Proficiency in spoken and written English

In addition, we are looking for a team member with the following characteristics:

 

You are motivated with an understanding of leadership, strategy, people, and business overall You are a self-starter and able to work both autonomously and across different teams, functions, and levels You have an optimistic perspective and are eager to learn, contribute, and share your knowledge You are a diligent structured planner with good project management skills You are a proficient communicator; able to present in both written and visual form, to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
