Business Manager | Largo, FL

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, project management, and social media marketing. You will be responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the growth and stability of our family-owned business.

ResponsibilitiesProficiently use QuickBooks for financial management.Assist with bank and credit card statement reconciliations.Manage payroll processes.Handle billings, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R).Post transactions and allocations.Perform general ledger (GL) and journal entries.Adjust journal entries and perform reconciliations.Prepare job cost reports and financial statements.Conduct month-end closing activities.Analyze social media performance and contribute to marketing strategies.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience.3-5 years of accounting experience; construction experience is a plus.Proficiency with QuickBooks (desktop) and Microsoft Office products.Familiarity with payroll entries.Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated conscientiousness and responsible behavior.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with project accounting, general ledger accounting, and journal entries.Knowledge of H2B immigration hiring rules and compliance.Experience in construction accounting and vendor compliance.Skills in reporting, invoicing, and project management.Social media marketing expertise.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
