We are seeking an experienced and a highly motivated Business Manager to join us on our journey towards #ForeverCaring in Ostomy Care. In this role, you will be the strategic partner for our most valuable Health Care Customers, ensuring they receive best service and tailored solutions. As a key player in our sales team, you are helping health care professionals achieve their goals while driving account growth for Convatec. Your key duties and responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services. Building and leading National OC Advisory Board

Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts

Acting as the primary point of contact for key HCPs, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Meeting customers face-to-face and organizing local and national events together with Marketing

Meet country sales targets and New Acute Start targets

Conducting regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance HCP partnerships

Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements and taking part of the country tender process

Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand Convatec’s market share in the market

Analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage

Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement

Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and Ostomy Specialist/INSS, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet customer expectations

Staying updated with Ostomy Care market trends and market developments, anticipating changes in customers' needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements

About you:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field

min 5 years of Medical Sales Experience, preferably within Ostomy Care specialty 

Proven experience in business management and project lead

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, and CRM software

Willingness to travel up to 80% of your work schedule

Critical Thinking/Problem Solving

Oral/Written Communications

Strong Interpersonal Skills  

Teamwork/Collaboration

Demonstrate leadership skills

Language Skills:

Norwegian native 

English writing/reading fluent
