Business Manager (Entry Level)

About the job

A Manager for Amaris is, in one word, an entrepreneur. Your mission would be to create, develop, make profitable and sustainable what is going to be your own Business Unit (having full operational and strategic control over it). In order to make it grow, you’ll operate on a daily basis on five main axes:

 

Business and Strategy 

Animating, coordinating, developing its own BU and ensuring its growth Realizing a client/offers mapping of the technologies and competencies on the market with the help of other Group internal Department  Making a structured technical and financial business proposal and negotiate prices Preparing and realizing qualification meetings between clients and consultants Realizing project review, follow-up and establish projects reports 

 

Client relation 

Monitoring customer activities in order to anticipate and acquire projects Maintaining a clients' portfolio updated and strengthening the existing partnerships Opening new accounts by managing legal and contractual aspects 

 

Financial management of the profit center 

Reading and optimizing the Profit & Loss and calculating margin Making advanced Profit & Loss analysis, detect business issues and build an action plan to optimize Turnover & Contributive Margin Handling recovery subjects 

 

Management 

Giving opinions on Business Plan presentation Supporting the key success people in their development Improving and proposing new processes and initiatives 

 

HR 

Participating in the recruitment and the management of a consultants' team (sourcing, interview, reporting, contract signature etc.) Following up the career development of his team (role attribution, appraisal, key people involvement etc.

 

Profile Requirements

You have graduated with a Master's degree You are interested in developing Technology solutions in one of the following fields: Automotive/ Life Sciences/ IT/ Telecom/ Engineering You have strong entrepreneurial spirit, conviction and leadership, with excellent communication skills You have good sense and ability to identify talents, and capacities to adapt to local economy You speak fluent English and Japanese

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
