Site Name: Oslo Posted Date: Jan 30 2025 Business manager, Respiratory We are hiring a Business Manager for our Respiratory department, who will be responsible for leading both the sales and marketing teams. In this role, you will maximize our respiratory portfolio strategies, prepare for new product launches, and drive performance, which are main pillars of our business within GSK Norway. Additionally, you will provide engaging leadership to enhance the performance and development of the team, working closely with the cross-functional team to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategies. In this role you will… Develop and lead the strategic planning and execution with the sales team for our respiratory products Build marketing launch plan by utilizing insights, data, and market research to set strategic direction Lead and coach the sales team to enhance performance, achieve targets, and embed omni-channel implementation Collaborate with marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams to deliver and implement strategies Coach the sales team to deliver account plans aligned with brand strategies Implement an omnichannel approach across face-to-face, digital, and multichannel touchpoints to drive customer experience Continuously monitor and review sales and marketing performance data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive competitiveness Ensure full compliance with GSK values and ways of working Why you?
