Wholesale Chief Operating Officer

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department asBusiness Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities:

Provide business management support for Wholesale Banking (CMB/GB)Support the workforce planning including headcount and expense budgeting to ensure these align with the Group’s directivesAssist in the monitoring and driving changes on headcount resources by conducting productivity and structural review according to business needsDevelop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practicesManage people development programs in areas such as MT program, talent development, performance management, etc. as well as snapshot follow-upSupport the people initiatives and internal communications incl. the organization of staff events for Wholesale Banking Enhance customer relationship and loyalty by campaigns and events
