The Business Leader at our Piedmont, SC site will be accountable for the daily operations within the Greenville Site to meet operational targets across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. As the Business Leader, you will own/influence budgets and operating plans, as well as work with cross functional teams internal and external to the Turbine Airfoils Part Family - Engineering, Manufacturing Programs, and Customers. The role will have a major impact across the span of the Turbine Airfoils Part Family – HPT Blades. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to develop trust with teams and grow Greenville's culture.
