Integra is seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI & Predictive Analytics Specialist to join our Digital Quality team, aiding primarily in Measurement Systems and driving Digital Transformation. This role is pivotal in supporting our Quality Management initiatives by generating, populating, and streamlining Integra’s Measurement Systems and metrics, collaborating across departments and sites, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. You will work heavily with data, such as structuring, cleaning, and managing data. If you are highly detail-oriented, have advanced Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and an eagerness to learn and grow, we want to hear from you. Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Power BI is a must!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, populate, and maintain Quality Management review metrics, site collection metrics, and other technical data related to quality initiatives.Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel functions to create and streamline data reports and data requests.Opportunity to learn, implement, and aid in Power BI Application, Dashboard and metrics development.Collaborate with global manufacturers and sites across the organization to collect and analyze data.Work cross-departmentally with site teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in data management practices.Support the adoption of new tools such as Power BI to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.Contribute to process improvements and standardization of metrics reporting.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure data integrity and usability.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field with 3+ years experience (or equivalent and similar role).Experience in data collating and management, metrics gathering and reporting, or an equivalent role.Highly detail-oriented and self-starter on tasks and projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent platform), including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with global and cross-departmental teams.Ability to effectively communicate complex information and results to a variety of audiences.Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, such as Power BI.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Power BI (or similar platform) preferred.Experience in GxP, Quality Systems, and FDA/notified body responses preferred.Added Bonus:
