General Summary

Performs duties under direct to moderate supervision in a particular core competency or business function of the organization that aligns with the intern’s chosen field of study.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

Assists with a wide range of duties in the field * Assists with creation and analysis of routine projects, programs, policies and procedures * Performs assigned intern projects and follows them to completion * Supports more experienced personnel * Collects business intelligence data from databases, web-based sources and tools, industry reports, public information, and/or internal sources. * Researches and analyzes data regarding industry and market trends, competitors, business opportunities, customers, pricing, and talent landscape to provide support to business operations * Translates data into valuable insights for operational decision-making and strategic planning* Assists in preparing reports, dashboards and graphic illustrations of findings* May collaborate with functional areas to develop
