What will you do?

VFC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing and developing Power BI dashboards for VF and all its brands. The Senior Analyst will interact with business stakeholders at all levels, train users on dashboard utilization and development, and collaborate with business users and the digital team to design models that drive crucial business strategies.

This role will report into the Director, Business Intelligence, which sits within the AMER Data & Analytics team. This team acts as a strategic enabler for the AMER region by delivering data products & capabilities that empower the brands & commercial teams with data & actionable insights.

Dashboard Design and Development: Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for VF and its brands, ensuring they meet business requirements and provide actionable insights.Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with business stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.User Training: Conduct training sessions for users on how to use and develop dashboards, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to leverage these tools effectively.Collaboration: Work closely with business users and the digital team to design and implement data models that support strategic business decisionsTechnical Expertise: Utilize knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Data Bricks, AWS, and Microsoft Fabric to enhance data visualization and analytics capabilities; partner closely with technical team of data engineers.Help to coordinate agile scrum processes, meetings, and backlog management.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your three years of experience and professional achievements. 

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related fieldTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Data Bricks, AWS, and Microsoft Fabric or similar platformsAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Training Skills: Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for diverse user groups.Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative, and collaborative attitudeAbility to prioritization task based on sense of urgency and accuracy.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

Past experience with wholesale and direct to consumer businesses preferredFamiliarity with Pyspark, SQL, DAX, M, preferred

Hiring Range:

$75,168.00 USD - $93,960.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
