A day in the life.
This position can be based out of any of our offices within South Florida.
The Account Manager Assistant provides support to the Client Account Management team in managing all phases of the Certificates of Insurance including renewals and endorsements resulting from certificates.
As our Account Manager Assistant on the Business Insurance-SBU team, you’ll
Process day-to-day certificate requests received from internal and external clients.Process and issue new business and renewal certificates.Review policies and agency management system to ensure certificates are being issued based on coverage in place.Process policy change requests/endorsements, such as adding vehicles, adding mortgagee clauses and additional insureds as a result of the certificate requests.Update agency management system of any changes resulting from processing endorsementsReview and manage certificate holder lists.Assist with the timely renewals and processing of policiesOur future colleague.
We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High school diploma or equivalentActive 2-20 Florida insurance licenseAt least 2 – 3 years of insurance agency experience required.Excellent customer service skillsProficiency with MS Office, including Excel.Experience with EPIC, Sagitta and ImageRightThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
