About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate.


In this role, you will:

Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groupsReview basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunitiesReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiativesCollaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partnersProvide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

 

Desired Qualifications:

4 + years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Resolve complex issues and initiatives related to systems, tools and applications used by the business or functional area.Resolve complex user access and other security administration issues.Coordinate production support and maintenance of largescale, business applicationsCoordinate troubleshooting of network, hardware and software issues and resolution with users, vendors, and internal service groups.Plan and lead user projects for application and hardware installations and upgradesDevelop test scripts and coordinate user acceptance testing of technology components.Develop and/or update user documentation and procedures.Assess training needs, develop, and conduct user/support team training.Analyze performance trends.Recommend and coordinate implementation of process and procedure improvements.Understand and assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for user areas.Participate in BCP activities, coordinate with user project resources.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes, systems support.Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test script management and execution, UAT testing experience for enterprise scale systemsStrong customer service focus validated with relevant experience. Actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems experience, knowledge and testing highly desired.Content Management and credit/loan origination system support, knowledge and testing highly desired.Strong programming skills in python to extract, manipulate and analyze large amount of data4+ years of experience with above skillsetsBachelor’s degree or higher in /engineering/financeStrong problem-solving abilities are must.Experience supporting or partnering with teams while building strategy involving various team members at various levels and lines of business.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical to success.Ability to work independently and to self-manage / motivate.Prior knowledge of Banking and Corporate And Investment Banking (CIB) products.

Please Note: Flexibility is expected to work in Shifts. (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM IST and 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST). We also provide occasional support for On-Call and weekend release activities.
