**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible for analyzing current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance productivity. Additionally, responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of a improvement strategy to deliver a sustainable culture of improvement. Also supports a platform for business units to submit projects, ideas, etc. which identifies areas of improvement or problem. Ensures corporate practices are met in accordance with professional standards through policies and procedures, and Federal, State, and Local, guidelines and/or regulations.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Conduct recurring business review meetings to identify, discuss and recommend business cases deriving from a defined project charter.
+ Build, review, and monitor organizational platform for the submission of project proposals that identifies areas of improvement.
+ Identify business needs through strategic planning and trend analysis with alignment with key stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
+ Work cross-functionally with various departments to manage the rollout/implementation to ensure projects are launched and executed per project plan.
+ Track and analyze project data to prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing project performances, key insights including recommendations for improvement.
+ Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
+ Act as a liaison between all relevant departments to address any issues or concerns that may arise during project planning and delivery.
**General**

+ Adhere to work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks.

**PRIMARY CONTACTS**
+ Center management, donors, employees, auditors, inspectors, vendors, corporate staff, and visitors.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Education, Qualifications & Experience**
+ Technical, advanced education (post High School) or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, or related field preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
+ Six Sigma or Business Excellence (CBEP or CIBE) Certification preferred.
+ Three to five years of working experience in a biomedical field preferred.
**Physical Requirements**
Work is primarily light in nature, with exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, and walking. Involves sitting, standing, and walking most of the time.
**Working Conditions**
+ Primarily inside with well-lighted and well-ventilated areas.
+ Exposure to Blood Borne Pathogens.
+ As required and up to 20% to center sites, off-site warehouses or other KEDPLASMA / Kedrion locations including overnight travel.
