We are searching for the best talent for Business Excellence Principal Technician to be in Juarez Chih Plant

Purpose:

Adds value through the knowledge of process engineering; provides support to the stabilization and to the life cycle of projects for continuous improvement from the identification to the execution and closing in terms of cost, quality, efficiency and time cycle.

You will be responsible for:

· Trains groups of associates in department initiative.

· Provides general advice in the use of lean manufacturing tools.

· Provides information of the advance of projects of activities to the area or project leaders.

· Monitors the correct application of the standardize procedures through the application ofperiodical audits about the use of lean manufacturing tools (Lean audits 5s audits.)

· Reports to the operational excellence manager any irregularities found in the audits.

· Provides support in the development and preparation of six sigma dn lean training material.

· Develops graphs, charts, schemes, drawings and presentations.

· Develops and support the development of training material.

· Capable of leading Kaizen workshops and suggestions systems.

· Capable of balancing the lines under minimum supervision.

· Project updates in Instantis.

· Is the point of contact with suppliers, generates purchase orders and follows the applicable procedures.

· Company regulations, policies, and procedures in regard of Environment, Health and Safety.

· Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

· Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good conditions

· Technical career or partial Engineering major (preferably)

· 4 to 6 years of experience. Preferably to possess knowledge in the medical products industry and/or in the six sigma or lean manufacturing departments.

· Ability to use computer programs (Microsoft Office, Autocad, igrafx, Minitab, etc.).

· Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or six sigma tools expected.

· To be able to speak English, preferably.

· Green Belt certification preferably

.
