As a Business Enablement Specialist on the Vendor and Buyer Engagement Team you are a crucial part of our supply chain network, supporting the flow of goods from around the globe to our U.S. stores. You will be assigned a mix of core responsibilities, as well as special projects. Working in a fast-paced retail business, no day will be the same!

Responsibilities:Collaborates with logistics, merchandising, global buying offices, merchandising support, planning & allocation, and distribution services to maintain alignment and communicationBuilds and develops business relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels and organizational divisionsProvide support and training to internal operations groups, develop tools and standard methodologies, to ensure we get the right product, to the right place, at the right timePlays a meaningful role in the development of long-term supply chain visibility reportingMonitors logistics and operational reporting to predict and act upon relevant changes in the supply chainDevelops, analyzes, and publishes operational and exception reportingAssists in the development and execution of area KPI’s; analyzes and reports on variances as determined by business area needsPresents results to business leaders and partakes in preparing management presentationsPerforms intermediate operational analyses to identify expense saving and supply chain opportunitiesAssists in lead time analysis and preparation of analytical presentations and recommendationsSupports key supply chain initiatives and has a general understanding of valuable services within business enablement & logistics; store ready, EDI/ASN Program, vendor centric ticketing, vendor compliancePartner closely with Logistics teams to help support daily operational execution of projects and initiativesReview and validate data, build, and validate models, run scenarios, and assist in business case preparationQuery and format data for team members’ requests for information

Who We Are Looking For: You.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience2-3 years in corporate supply chain or retail environmentAdvanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Cognos, Snowflake & PowerBIShould be a self-starter with strong critical thinking, written and oral communication skillsFlexible and adaptable; priorities change frequently based on business demands, the ability to change direction quickly is criticalAptitude for manipulating and making inferences from data

This position has a starting salary range of $66,500 to $83,100 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
