Business Development Specialist II
**What the Candidate Will Do** - Maintain frequent communication via different channels with the assigned Accounts (Fleets), prepare comprehensive data analysis using available tools, and offer personalized recommendations, aiming for business optimization and Fleets growth - Solve fleet partner requests and escalations in a timely manner and follow up on recommendations being implemented - Support in creating processes in order to optimize the acquiring and engagement of our partners. - Expand our fleet partner relationships in your area and acquire new cooperation partners - Fleet acquisition to improve our supply in defined/strategic cities - Maintain subject matter expertise in assigned areas - Fleet Management & Support by sharing learnings and insights and offering recommendations - Collaborate with different teams and key stakeholders in Uber (Local Operations, Business Development, Legal, Policy, Customer Support etc) - Conduct market visits (when it’s needed) for new expansions to acquire supply, establish partnerships and ensure successful launches **Basic Qualifications** - English language - Fluent - Spanish language Fluent - Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt the approach for internal versus external stakeholders - Be organized, determined, and possess a critical thinking ability - Collaborative mindset **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous experience in sales, B2B or key account management or customer-facing role - Solid analytical skills and attention to detail - Operational excellence: able to work efficiently and prioritize without losing the importance of tasks - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust with internal/external stakeholders We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
