Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and business development to expand our market reach. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities of Business Development:
Seek out and conduct research on potential clients Cold calling potential clients Coordinate meetings between internal staff and clients Maintain contact with active client base Assist with documentation and compliance efforts Ensure a smooth client onboarding process Understand and assist Branch Managers with sales planning Assist with creating recruiting and marketing plans Attend networking events and community activities as neededBenefits:

Requirements of Business Development:
Previous business-to-business / outside sales experience. High School diploma or GED required; plus an Associate’s Degree in a business related field or equivalent experience. Proficient in basic computer skills including typing/data entry, MS Office, internet and email usage. Effective written and verbal communication skills that show professionalism and competence. Strong organization and follow through. Track record of ability to work autonomously and self-motivated to deliver results. Must have a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is insurable by Aventure. Willing to travel 2-3 days per week.
