**Descriptif du poste**
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at CJ France, you will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio by focusing on outbound prospecting. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in strategic conversations with key advertiser accounts, secure qualified meetings, and initiate the sales process for our affiliate marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
+ Gather essential information to better qualify prospects' needs and challenges
+ Optimize and adapt email scripts and outreach sequences to maximize engagement
+ Connect with key decision-makers (via email, phone, and LinkedIn) from a defined list of Accounts
+ Present CJ’s value proposition and the benefits of affiliate marketing to prospects
+ Schedule qualified meetings to initiate the sales process with the commercial teams
+ Use and enrich the Salesforce CRM daily to ensure accurate tracking of commercial interactions
**Qualifications**
+ Master’s degree in business, marketing and/or related field
+ Ideally 2 years of sales experience within a similar industry (digital marketing, data solutions and or affiliation ideally)
+ Previous experience in sales prospecting or a similar role is a plus, but motivated and ambitious junior profiles are encouraged to apply
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with reaching out via various channels (email, phone, Linkedin)
+ Team player, proactive attitude, with a desire to grow into a Sales Manager role
+ Proficiency with sales management software and CRM (i.e SalesForce) Microsoft Office tools & applications (ex: Excel, Power Point)
+ Native French and fluent English, spoken and written
