The Role
Business Development Operations Analysts are the operational backbones behind a variety of internal and client-facing teams. As a Business Development Operations Analyst Intern, you’ll drive projects forward, own their operational outcomes, and find solutions if things go awry. You’ll demonstrate your strength in organization and innovate on ways to help the people you support be as productive and impactful as possible.

Willingness to accept and respond to feedback are crucial.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the team and project delivery by identifying and reducing any bottlenecks, blockers or friction.Craft and implement processes or tools to reduce friction and optimally use resources.Partner with Palantir stakeholders to spot gaps in process, scope projects and initiatives, and deliver results on-time, on-budget, and at a high-quality bar.What We ValueAbility to problem solve while navigating differing viewpoints and ideas, and remaining open to new ideas and potential failures.Capacity to learn new skills and technologies to deliver the most effective solutions, and understand, translate, and communicate technical concepts to others.Sound judgment, with the ability to recognize inefficiencies and quickly mitigate.What We RequireAbility to work in fast-paced environment, supporting internal projects and senior leadership.High levels of attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking project metrics.Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $6,250/month. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
