Business Development Manager - Variable Speed Drives

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Drives Team, focusing on generating new business within the mining industry and securing new opportunities through our existing customers.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Achieving sales growth targets by acquiring new business and maintaining relationships with existing Contractors, Consultants, OEMs and End Users.  Providing the appropriate technical solution to meet our customer's needs. Be the face of the company at trade shows and product presentations. Review tender specifications, create value propositions and assist in proposal writing. Provide technical advice and support to OEMs and customers. Maintain a CRM database. Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Ability to grow to new and existing markets to achieve sales targets. Knowledge and experience of VSDs and their applications.  Experience selling into the Mining Industry. Qualification in electrical engineering.  Current driver's license. Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM would be advantageous Employee Benefits
