We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Drives Team, focusing on generating new business within the mining industry and securing new opportunities through our existing customers. **Job Responsibilities** Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Achieving sales growth targets by acquiring new business and maintaining relationships with existing Contractors, Consultants, OEMs and End Users. + Providing the appropriate technical solution to meet our customer's needs. + Be the face of the company at trade shows and product presentations. + Review tender specifications, create value propositions and assist in proposal writing. + Provide technical advice and support to OEMs and customers. + Maintain a CRM database. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
